Here is the updated Design.
The colour combinations are similar
1 teal blue and green
2 green and grey
3 teal blue and grey
4 Grey shades.

Have presented the print mockup below them as total number of designs we can submit here are 15 and this is my 14th one, so had to combine and place them together to save one design upload incase you need any changes or further presentation.

Much better. How about designing the symbol more like a wind rose? To imply "knowing the right direction"...

You mean Like the Nautical star? The Compass right?
